Privacy Policy

How Opposia collects, uses, and protects personal data. Written to be read, not endured.

1. Who we are

Opposia Intelligence Ltd. (“Opposia”, “we”, “us”) operates this website and the Opposia adversarial-verification platform. For data-protection purposes we are the controller of personal data collected through this site. Contact: privacy@opposia.ai.

2. What we collect

When you request access or a demo, we collect your name, work email, organization, role, practice area, deployment preference, and any message you include. If you interact with our concierge or support channels, we retain the conversation. We also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and analytics.

3. How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and deliver demonstrations, operate and secure the site, and — where you have asked us to — send follow-up communications about your enquiry. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

4. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the site and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies via the consent banner, and change your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.

5. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

We process personal data on the basis of: your consent (optional cookies and marketing follow-ups); steps prior to a contract (responding to your access request); and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the site, balanced against your rights.

6. Sharing and processors

We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract — hosting, email delivery, and analytics. Client work product processed by the Opposia platform is governed by separate data-processing agreements and is never used to train models.

7. Retention

Access requests are retained while your enquiry is active and for up to 24 months afterward, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Conversation transcripts are retained for 12 months. Security logs are retained for 90 days.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email privacy@opposia.ai — we respond within 30 days.

9. Security

We encrypt data in transit and at rest, isolate client workspaces, and maintain tamper-evident audit trails. Our controls are aligned to SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001; attestations are available under NDA.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; material changes will be noted on this page with a revised date. Questions, requests, or complaints: privacy@opposia.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
